Giovanni Asshauer is hiring a Full-Stack YouTube Videographer-Editor to build and scale a personal brand through vlog-style content creation. This on-site, full-time opportunity is based in Dubai and includes international travel. The ideal candidate is a multi-skilled videographer-editor who can film, edit, strategize, and manage a personal YouTube channel independently.

Responsibilities:

• Capture engaging vlog-style content on the go—Dubai-based and globally.

• Film behind-the-scenes, business, lifestyle, and travel footage.

• Edit long-form vlogs with storytelling, pacing, and music.

• Create YouTube Shorts, TikToks, and Reels from raw footage.

• Manage YouTube uploads including titles, SEO, and scheduling.

• Design or direct thumbnail creation for high CTR.

• Propose content ideas, manage a content calendar, and ensure consistent publishing.

• Collaborate creatively while maintaining complete ownership of the content cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in video production and editing.

• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Excellent filming instincts—ready to shoot anywhere, anytime.

• Comfortable with international travel and flexible hours (mornings, nights, weekends).

• Ability to work independently without needing constant supervision.

• Proficiency in YouTube channel growth, optimization, and basic SEO.

• Experience with thumbnails and social content strategy.

• Creative, self-driven, and discreet with access to private strategy and moments.
