Role Overview

Yo Telecom is a forward-thinking telecommunications company delivering AI-powered communication and automation solutions to businesses. We help organisations connect smarter, automate workflows, and scale efficiently.

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong Twilio API and Laravel experience to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and communication platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who enjoys working across the stack and integrating advanced communication and automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications (frontend and backend)

• Build and optimise Twilio-powered communication systems, including SMS, voice, chat, and video

• Develop scalable and reusable APIs for CRM and business automation integrations

• Collaborate with product, AI, and data teams to deliver intelligent business solutions

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

• Troubleshoot, debug, and support live production systems

• Contribute to architectural decisions, API standards, and development best practices

• Stay up to date with modern development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable system design

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience with Twilio APIs (mandatory)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Laravel (mandatory)

• 3+ years’ experience in full stack web development

• Strong JavaScript skills with modern frameworks such as Node.js, React, or Vue

• Backend experience with Laravel, Node.js / Express, or similar frameworks

• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with WebSockets

• Solid understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

• Experience using Git and working within CI/CD environments

• Comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience integrating AI models, chatbots, or workflow automation tools

• Familiarity with CRM systems or communication analytics platforms

• Background in SaaS, telecoms, or automation-focused companies

Salary & Employment Details

• Location: Dubai, UAE (Dubai Internet City)

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

• Nationality: Open
