We are seeking a Front Office Agent – Guest Experience who thrives in a vibrant, guest-centric environment. You will be the first and last impression for our guests—delivering exceptional service from check-in to check-out, and ensuring their stay is nothing short of cinematic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, engaging welcome to all guests and assist them throughout their stay.

• Accurately register guests and manage billing processes according to hotel policies.

• Ensure the Front Office area is always fully operational, presentable, and guest-ready.

• Maintain guest confidentiality and handle inquiries with discretion and professionalism.

• Efficiently manage Opera PMS to record and update guest information.

• Escort guests to their rooms while introducing hotel features and amenities.

• Handle cashiering duties including currency exchange, paid-outs, and daily cash audits.

• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve concerns.

• Proactively identify guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations.

• Attend daily briefings and ensure compliance with internal procedures and standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office/Guest Services within a 5-star hotel.

• Proficiency in English and either Arabic or Russian is preferred.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and OPERA Property Management System (PMS).

• Energetic, guest-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
