CorpLinx Consultancy is hiring a Front Office Receptionist for their Dubai office. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for candidates with strong interpersonal skills and administrative experience. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, the receptionist will ensure a warm and professional welcome while maintaining efficient front-desk operations and supporting day-to-day office functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Manage incoming phone calls: answer, screen, and forward as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.

Keep a record of all visitors and issue visitor passes.

Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages.

Manage meeting schedules and book conference rooms.

Support administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document scanning.

Coordinate with internal departments to streamline communication.

Maintain and order office supplies as necessary.

Provide general assistance to staff and guests.
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a front office role (preferably in Dubai).

Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Professional appearance with a customer-friendly attitude.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-
High school diploma required; Office Management certification is a plus.
