Front Office Receptionist

CorpLinx Consultancy is hiring a Front Office Receptionist for their Dubai office. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for candidates with strong interpersonal skills and administrative experience. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, the receptionist will ensure a warm and professional welcome while maintaining efficient front-desk operations and supporting day-to-day office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Manage incoming phone calls: answer, screen, and forward as needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.

  • Keep a record of all visitors and issue visitor passes.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages.

  • Manage meeting schedules and book conference rooms.

  • Support administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document scanning.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to streamline communication.

  • Maintain and order office supplies as necessary.

  • Provide general assistance to staff and guests.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a front office role (preferably in Dubai).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Professional appearance with a customer-friendly attitude.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • High school diploma required; Office Management certification is a plus.
