Sunshine Enterprise Consulting DMCC is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Front Office Receptionist. As the first point of contact, you will manage front desk duties and provide vital administrative support, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

  • Provide basic information to clients and visitors.

  • Perform data entry and assist with general administrative tasks.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

  • Support other departments with clerical duties when required.


Requirements & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; office administration certification is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or front office representative.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Professional attitude and appearance.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Customer-service oriented with keen attention to detail.

  • Fluency in Sinhala and Burmese is preferred.


Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with regular working hours.

  • May occasionally require lifting supplies or handling deliveries.
