We are proud to be recruiting for a Front Office Receptionist & Office Administrator on behalf of a prestigious global client known for their excellence in operations, innovation, and corporate culture. Based in their state-of-the-art facility in Jebel Ali, Dubai, this is a full-time opportunity to represent a leading organization as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners.
In this dual role, you will manage the front desk and provide general administrative and entry-level HR support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, well-presented, and capable of handling high-volume activity with confidence and warmth.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a professional and positive first impression

Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk queries efficiently

Provide administrative support to internal departments, including document handling and scheduling

Assist with basic HR support tasks such as filing, coordination, and data entry

Maintain office supplies, meeting room bookings, and reception area tidiness

Support office events, logistics, and internal communications
Requirements:

Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) is essential

Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a corporate or multinational setting

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Presentable, poised, and professional with a proactive and calm demeanor

Strong team player with a collaborative approach and attention to detail
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary:
AED 5,000 – 7,000 (inclusive of fixed allowances)
