Position Summary:
As a Front Office Intern, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome. This internship offers hands-on experience in hospitality front office operations within a luxury hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage inquiries

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
-
Support with appointment and meeting scheduling

Perform general administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, data entry)

Assist other departments with clerical support as needed
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Positive attitude, punctuality, and professional appearance

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
