Front Office Coach | Front Office (PFH)


The Front Office Coach will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a highly empowered environment. The role involves representing the Emaar brand throughout the guest journey to provide a seamless stay experience. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction from check-in to check-out while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct all operational tasks in the Front Office while adhering to service standards and procedures.
- Deliver personalized guest experiences to create loyal customers.
- Resolve guest concerns proactively and ensure proper service recovery when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a customer-focused approach.
- Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Uphold Emaar’s core values and service excellence in daily operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Genuine service personality with a high emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a 5-star hospitality environment.
- High school diploma required; a degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong adaptability, resilience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to guest service.
