Job Description:
Join a dynamic and rapidly growing investment firm located in the heart of DIFC. We’re looking for a polished and professional Front Office Coordinator who will not only manage front-of-house responsibilities but also provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.

This is a dual-role opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, corporate environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing the firm with excellence and warmth, while also handling scheduling, minute-taking, and confidential communications for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency

  • Welcome and assist clients and guests, ensuring a premium first impression

  • Provide light executive assistance: calendar coordination, meeting minutes, and handling correspondence

  • Support general office operations and administration

  • Collaborate with a growing international team in a fast-paced environment

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in front office or reception roles, ideally in investment firms or financial services

  • Fluency in English at a native level; Arabic, French, or Mandarin is a plus

  • Highly presentable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with composure

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information

Location:
DIFC, Dubai, UAE

Salary:
AED 9,000 – 10,000 per month (inclusive of allowances)
