About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Pilates studio. If you have a warm personality, a passion for customer service, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Handle bookings, schedule sessions, and assist clients.

Social Media Interaction: Manage client interactions via Instagram and WhatsApp.

Guest Experience: Offer and prepare basic natural juices and coffee for clients.

Payments & Expenses: Process payments and record expenses on an online platform.

Studio Maintenance: Set up and prepare the studio before & after sessions.

Laundry & Inventory: Coordinate towel cleaning services and oversee juice supplier orders.

Facility Coordination: Liaise with maintenance and cleaning services to ensure a pristine environment.

Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Ensure clients feel comfortable and enjoy a professional experience.
Requirements:

Female, aged 25-45.

Well-presented with a professional appearance.

Excellent English communication and customer service skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping.

Previous experience in front desk, hospitality, or fitness-related roles is preferred.
Salary & Benefits:

AED 2,500 – 4,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).

We are launching a boutique Pilates studio featuring six reformers, with plans to include a coffee shop in the future. Located in Azizi Riviera 45, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, we aim to create a calm, welcoming, and high-end wellness experience. Our grand opening is planned for the end of April.
