Invest Group Overseas (IGO), a leading real estate investment and development firm in Dubai, is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to provide top-tier front office and customer service support. This is an on-site, full-time role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth

  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls using excellent phone etiquette

  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and orderly fashion

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and basic document handling

  • Manage meeting room bookings and schedule appointments

  • Coordinate with internal departments and assist with administrative tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism under pressure

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Prior experience in real estate is a plus

  • Clerical and administrative task experience required

  • Minimum height requirement: 5’4″
