Invest Group Overseas (IGO), a leading real estate investment and development firm in Dubai, is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to provide top-tier front office and customer service support. This is an on-site, full-time role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth

Answer, screen, and forward phone calls using excellent phone etiquette

Maintain the reception area in a clean and orderly fashion

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and basic document handling

Manage meeting room bookings and schedule appointments
-
Coordinate with internal departments and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism under pressure

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Prior experience in real estate is a plus

Clerical and administrative task experience required

Minimum height requirement: 5’4″
