Formation – Biohacking Studios in DIFC, Dubai is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to manage all front-of-office functions, drive client service excellence, and create memorable experiences. This client-facing role involves check-ins, scheduling, client relations, and operational support, ensuring high standards in service and studio operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day front desk operations, client relations, housekeeping, and retail activities.

Process check-ins, identity verifications, payments, account management, and session assignments.

Handle client enquiries, bookings, consultations, and resolve issues with management support.

Develop and refine front-of-house processes, SOPs, and operational manuals.

Monitor client attendance and engagement to maximize session participation.

Conduct audits of cleaning standards and studio operations.
-
Provide routine and ad hoc reports to management.

Support sales and membership renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and CRM management.

Ensure exceptional client service and a positive, welcoming studio environment.
Requirements / Skills:
-
3+ years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Strong public speaking, listening, and written communication skills.
-
Passion for fitness, health, and biohacking technology.
-
Ability to anticipate and respond to client needs and special requests.

Experience with CRM systems and managing memberships is a plus.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
