Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will greet visitors with a cheerful attitude, manage front-desk responsibilities, and assist internal teams with general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments.

  • Handle and screen incoming calls, assessing the nature and urgency before redirecting them to the appropriate team members.

  • Manage the company calendar by maintaining accurate schedules of meetings, events, and appointments.

  • Provide basic information about the company through various communication channels such as email, phone, and in-person inquiries.

  • Assist with administrative duties including printing, scanning, and document organization to support internal teams.

  • Support general organizational tasks to ensure the office operates efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent command of professional vocabulary and office etiquette.

  • Proficient in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role within a corporate setting.

  • Effective time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Presentable, organized, and able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

  • Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
