Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will greet visitors with a cheerful attitude, manage front-desk responsibilities, and assist internal teams with general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments.

Handle and screen incoming calls, assessing the nature and urgency before redirecting them to the appropriate team members.

Manage the company calendar by maintaining accurate schedules of meetings, events, and appointments.

Provide basic information about the company through various communication channels such as email, phone, and in-person inquiries.

Assist with administrative duties including printing, scanning, and document organization to support internal teams.

Support general organizational tasks to ensure the office operates efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent command of professional vocabulary and office etiquette.

Proficient in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role within a corporate setting.

Effective time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Presentable, organized, and able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
