Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description:

We are looking for a courteous and organized Front Desk Receptionist to manage the front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will represent the company with professionalism and provide vital support to staff across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors with a warm, professional attitude and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.

  • Support internal staff with scheduling appointments, ordering office supplies, typing documents, and managing administrative tasks such as faxing and scanning.

  • Maintain an updated and organized company calendar, recording all meetings, appointments, and events.

  • Share basic company information with clients and visitors via email, phone, or in-person inquiries.

  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, scanning, and note-taking as required.

  • Uphold a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area at all times.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with proficiency in formal vocabulary and professional etiquette.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant administrative tools.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proven track record of successfully handling receptionist duties and maintaining a positive work environment.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Commitment to professional appearance and corporate etiquette standards.
