Position Overview:
We are looking for a warm, organized, and presentable Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our office and provide administrative support across the organization. As the first point of contact for guests and callers, you’ll play a key role in shaping first impressions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors with a friendly, professional attitude and guide them to the appropriate personnel.

Support staff with scheduling, meeting coordination, and agenda preparation to ensure smooth internal communication.

Answer incoming calls and route them to the relevant departments based on urgency and caller intent.

Maintain and update the company calendar, recording appointments, meetings, and key events.

Share company information with guests and clients through phone, email, or in-person interactions.

Assist with administrative tasks including scanning, printing, and organizing documents for internal use.
Skills & Qualifications:
