Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, well-spoken, and organized Front Desk Receptionist (Female) to manage daily front office operations with warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail. As the first point of contact for our visitors, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting administrative tasks across departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls efficiently

Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy, organized, and presentable

Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and correspondence

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars

Provide accurate information to visitors and clients in person, over the phone, or via email

Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

Maintain visitor logs and follow security protocols for guest access

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth front-office operations

Support various departments with administrative tasks when required
