We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring their experience is welcoming and seamless. You will be responsible for managing guest check-ins, handling inquiries, processing payments, and supporting hotel operations with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or guest rooms

Assist both prospective and current guests with reservations and inquiries

Assign rooms and suites based on guest needs and availability

Handle check-ins, check-outs, and credit card transactions accurately

Provide wake-up calls and handle special guest requests with professionalism

Address and resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of room charges, services used, and guest preferences
