Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our organization. This role involves managing front desk operations and supporting internal staff with various administrative duties in a corporate environment.
Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and courtesy, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.

Support company staff by assisting with scheduling appointments, typing documents, ordering office supplies, faxing, and other administrative tasks.

Answer and redirect phone calls to the appropriate team members based on the nature and priority of the conversation.

Maintain an organized and up-to-date calendar of company meetings, events, and appointments.

Communicate accurate and timely information via telephone, email, and fax as required.

Perform all front desk and administrative responsibilities with efficiency, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.

Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Effective time management and multitasking abilities to handle day-to-day operations.

Prior experience working as a receptionist or front desk staff in a corporate setting.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Professional appearance and understanding of formal communication etiquette.
