Front Desk/Booking Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Front Desk & Booking Coordinator to join a busy training centre in Dubai Industrial City.

This role combines front-of-house reception duties with course booking administration and coordination of internationally accredited training programs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a structured environment.


Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Client Support

  • Manage reception duties and act as the first point of contact for clients and delegates

  • Handle training enquiries professionally and efficiently

  • Validate delegate IDs and registration documents

  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Course Bookings & Administration

  • Manage client bookings through the RoN booking system “SPIDER”

  • Register students onto internationally accredited courses

  • Liaise with accreditation bodies including:

    • OPITO

    • IWCF

    • IADC

  • Maintain accurate records in line with international accreditation standards

Training Coordination

  • Coordinate classroom schedules to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Set up classrooms for upcoming courses

  • Ensure correct course materials are prepared for instructors and delegates

  • Source and book external training venues when required (traveling schools outside Dubai)

  • Print and issue training certificates to successful candidates

  • Conduct regular stock checks for training materials and supplies


Skills & Competencies

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy


Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)

  • Valid UAE Residence Visa (Freelance or Dependent) with NOC

  • Fluent in English and Hindi or Urdu

  • Reliable commute to Dubai Industrial City

  • Available to start immediately
