About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Front Desk & Training Booking Coordinator to support the daily operations of a Middle East Training Centre based in Dubai Industrial City.
This role combines front office reception responsibilities with booking administration, accreditation coordination, and classroom logistics support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth training delivery, accurate candidate registration, and a professional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Support

Manage reception duties and serve as the first point of contact for clients and delegates

Handle training enquiries and validate delegate identification

Provide professional customer service at all times
Bookings & Accreditation Coordination

Administer course bookings using the RoN booking system “SPIDER”

Register candidates onto internationally accredited courses

Liaise with accreditation bodies including:

OPITO
-
IWCF
-
IADC
-
-
Ensure all delegate documentation meets accreditation standards
Training Operations & Classroom Coordination

Coordinate classroom schedules and daily training activities

Prepare classrooms for upcoming courses

Ensure correct course materials are prepared for instructors and delegates

Source and book external training venues when required for travelling courses
Administration & Compliance

Print and issue training certificates

Maintain accurate records and filing systems in line with international standards

Conduct stock checks to ensure sufficient training materials are available
Candidate Profile
You are organised, detail-oriented, and confident in client-facing roles. You thrive in structured environments and are comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.
You understand the importance of compliance, documentation accuracy, and professional communication within accredited training environments.
Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a customer-facing or front desk role

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to deliver high-quality customer service

Comfortable handling booking systems and administrative processes
Mandatory Requirements

Valid UAE Residence Visa (Freelance or Dependent) with NOC

Fluent in English and Hindi or Urdu

Reliable commute to Dubai Industrial City

Available to start immediately
