Are you an organized and enthusiastic Arabic-speaking professional with a passion for student engagement and learning support? A leading training academy in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Front Desk & Course Support Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of the center and play a crucial role in course administration.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist students, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and enrollment procedures.

Assist with student registrations, follow-ups, and documentation.

Prepare and distribute course materials and enrollment forms.

Support marketing efforts by creating and sending promotional content and course materials.

Handle phone, email, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.

Contact potential students to promote available courses.

Maintain an organized and inviting reception area.
Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Previous experience in customer service, administration, or front desk roles (preferably in an educational or training setting).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with standing for extended periods.

Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint) is a plus.
