Amwaj Rotana Jumeirah Beach is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless guest experience. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle front-desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and guest inquiries efficiently.
  • Process check-in and check-out transactions smoothly.
  • Manage reservations and ensure accurate guest information.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma; certification in hospitality is a plus.
