InZone is seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming and well-organized front desk, delivering excellent customer service, and providing administrative support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally and courteously.

  • Manage incoming calls, direct them to appropriate personnel, and handle inquiries from walk-ins and online customers.

  • Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.

  • Support departments with clerical tasks and administrative assistance as required.

  • Facilitate smooth communication between internal departments and assist in organizing meetings or events.

  • Uphold professional standards and represent the company positively.

  • Respond promptly to email inquiries and relay messages efficiently.

Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or a related field is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Customer service-oriented with a professional appearance.

  • Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude.
