Job Title: Front Desk Administrator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Front Desk Administrator / Office Assistant to join our team and ensure seamless daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced office setting. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and ready for a fresh opportunity—this position is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails; respond to general inquiries or forward to the relevant departments.

  • Carry out day-to-day office tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.

  • Assist with document preparation and provide administrative support to internal departments.

  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies; place orders when necessary.

  • Keep the front desk area and common office spaces tidy and well-organized.

  • Help schedule meetings, manage deliveries, and handle mail (incoming and outgoing).

  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and internal documentation as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role (preferred).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comfortable using basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing duties efficiently.

  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a can-do attitude.

Additional Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is required.

  • Willingness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates.
