Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and secure new clients in the sea and land freight sectors.

• Promote TAD Logistics’ full suite of logistics solutions across the UAE and GCC.

• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.

• Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients for long-term business.

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements & Skills

• 2–3 years of proven sales experience in sea and land freight forwarding.

• Strong knowledge of 3PL services and logistics networks in the UAE.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales goals.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• UAE driver’s license preferred.

• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
