Freight Business Developer


Qtrans Language Solutions Global is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Freight Business Developer to join its Dubai-based team. This full-time, remote role is commission-based, offering high earning potential for candidates with a strong background in freight sales and logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the freight and logistics sector. Successful performance in the first 3–6 months may lead to a transition into a fixed salary plus commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight and logistics
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand and meet their needs
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in freight sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of the Dubai logistics market is a plus
- Self-motivated and results-driven
