CollabEZ is seeking a skilled and ethical Wikipedia editor to support the creation or enhancement of the company’s Wikipedia presence. This is a remote, freelance, contract-based position ideal for individuals with a proven history of Wikipedia editing and a strong understanding of the platform’s content and neutrality policies.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring all edits and content additions comply with Wikipedia’s editorial standards, especially those concerning neutrality, verifiability, and conflict-of-interest (COI) disclosures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, edit, or create Wikipedia pages for CollabEZ in compliance with editorial and content standards.

• Ensure neutrality and factual accuracy by citing third-party, reliable sources.

• Use Wikipedia’s Talk pages or edit request tools to propose changes where applicable.

• Follow Wikipedia’s COI disclosure rules transparently and respectfully.

• Maintain a professional and community-friendly editing approach.

Ideal Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience editing live Wikipedia pages (submission of links required).

• Deep understanding of Wikipedia’s notability guidelines, content standards, and sourcing requirements.

• Strong research, writing, and editing abilities.

• Prior experience with company, organizational, or founder profiles on Wikipedia is preferred.

• Commitment to ethical practices—no use of black-hat techniques or misleading edits.
