This part-time role involves editing weekly podcast episodes and producing engaging highlight reels for social media, primarily in Arabic. The position requires a hybrid approach with some on-site work in Abu Dhabi, delivering high-quality edits within a two-day turnaround.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit weekly podcast episodes for clarity, pacing, and engagement.

• Produce visually compelling MMA highlight reels for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Incorporate Arabic-language content and culturally relevant graphics.

• Collaborate on creative content ideas to maximize audience reach.

• Ensure timely delivery of edits within the two-day turnaround window.

• Maintain consistent branding and visual style across all platforms.

• Participate on-site in Abu Dhabi as needed for content capture or collaboration.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Proven video editing experience, preferably with sports or martial arts content.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.

• Understanding of social media video formats and trends (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).

• Ability to edit Arabic-language content with culturally relevant elements.

• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual engagement.

• Reliable, meets tight deadlines, and comfortable with a hybrid work model.
