Kaplan, a global leader in professional education, is expanding rapidly in the MENA region and seeks a Freelance Instructor – Fraud Investigation to join their growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for highly experienced compliance professionals with strong industry certifications and a passion for coaching others.

You will play a vital part in delivering bespoke training sessions and workshops across topics including AML, CFT, CPF, FIU, and Fraud Risk Management to professionals across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-impact training sessions on Fraud Investigation and Compliance

• Develop and customize course materials based on audience needs

• Present advanced concepts in AML, CFT, CPF, FIU regulations and investigations

• Contribute to content development for Kaplan’s professional training portfolio

• Engage participants with real-world case studies and investigative simulations

• Provide feedback and support to learners to drive outcomes and skill development

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Accounting, Finance, Risk, or a related field

• Must hold one or more of the following: CFE, ACAMS, CRCMP

✅ Experience:

• Minimum 10 years experience in Fraud Investigation, AML, Governance, or Compliance

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Training or Coaching

• Advanced-level knowledge of international and local compliance frameworks

• Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, fraud detection, and investigation procedures

✅ Other Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills

• Fluency in English (mandatory); Arabic preferred

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with regional teams
