Job Summary:
Gigsta is seeking energetic and self-motivated Freelance Sales Executives to promote our creative subscription services to startups, SMEs, and agencies across the UAE. This commission-only opportunity is ideal for sales professionals, freelancers, or ambitious newcomers ready to earn based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote Gigsta’s creative design subscription services to potential clients across various industries.

Conduct outbound outreach via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings to generate and qualify leads.

Confidently communicate the value and benefits of the subscription model tailored to client needs.

Meet performance targets (e.g., closing 10 clients = AED 6,000/month in commission).

Build strong client relationships to increase referrals and ensure repeat business.

Address client objections professionally and follow up consistently to drive conversions.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding for closed clients.

Share insights and feedback to help refine sales strategies and messaging.

Track outreach efforts, leads, and conversions using basic reporting tools.

Represent Gigsta professionally with a client-first approach and energetic attitude.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Must be UAE-based and hold a valid visa (Freelance / Spouse / Student / Investor).

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred.

Comfortable with a commission-only structure—no fixed salary initially.

Possession of a UAE driving license is a strong advantage.
