We’re on the hunt for a talented Freelance Sales Closer to convert both inbound and outbound leads into valuable long-term clients.
Role Summary:
Are you a natural closer with a persuasive edge? We’re seeking a motivated, commission-driven sales pro who thrives on turning prospects into partners. This freelance role is perfect for someone passionate about sales, relationship building, and earning through results.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage and follow up with warm and cold leads to pitch SEMS’ services (Events, Digital Marketing, Creative Campaigns, and more).

Understand client pain points and tailor solutions that align with our offerings.

Build strong rapport with potential clients, overcome objections, and close high-value deals.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handovers after successful deal closures.
Compensation:

Commission-Based Only – Earn a generous percentage on every deal closed.

Performance bonuses available for exceeding conversion targets.

Flexibility to work remotely and on your own schedule.
Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, business development, or client relations (preferred within events/marketing).

Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and independent.

Comfortable working with targets and fast-paced sales environments.

Fluent in English (Bonus: Arabic, Hindi, or Tamil).

Based in Dubai, UAE.
