Eva Interiors, a leader in luxury interior design, is seeking a Freelance Relationship Manager to serve as the key link between clients and the design team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication and coordination skills who can ensure each project delivers a seamless, high-end experience — from concept to handover. The Relationship Manager will uphold Eva’s brand values, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain project efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship & Communication:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients across all project stages.

  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships.

  • Provide consistent project updates and ensure all client requests are logged and approved.

• Project Coordination:

  • Liaise with design, procurement, and project teams to align deliverables with expectations.

  • Manage timelines, approvals, and scope changes effectively.

  • Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) within 24 hours.

• Design Delivery Support:

  • Guide clients through each design stage, ensuring clarity on aesthetics, materials, and budgets.

  • Assist the Head of Design with presentations and approvals.

  • Maintain design integrity and ensure feedback is properly documented.

• Freelance Productivity & Fee Model:

  • Compensation tied to productivity and project scope (sqm completion).

  • Meet monthly milestones and maintain clear progress documentation.

• Reporting & Compliance:

  • Submit weekly progress reports summarizing client status and potential risks.

  • Ensure all communication aligns with Eva Interiors’ brand tone and confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

• Strong background in client relations, project coordination, or interior design management.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple luxury projects simultaneously.

• Experience with tools like Asana, Epicor, or similar project management systems is a plus.
