Job Overview:
Hyphen Connect is seeking a Freelance Recruitment Consultant (FinTech) to manage full-cycle recruitment across global markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in FinTech or Financial Services recruitment, with strong sourcing, client management, and communication skills. This is a remote, full-time freelance role offering flexibility, attractive commissions, and global exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from job requisition, sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business goals and talent needs.

• Source and engage top talent through social media, online platforms, and professional networks.

• Build and manage talent pipelines for various roles and industries.

• Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in full-cycle (360°) recruitment.

• Proven experience in FinTech or Financial Services sectors.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Target-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

• Strong business development acumen and professional presence.
