InsightBridge Talent Research is hiring freelance Executive Talent Researchers to support our internal hiring efforts. This is a remote, research-focused, and project-based role — perfect for individuals with recruitment intelligence experience and deep familiarity with the GCC talent landscape.
You’ll help map top-tier talent across niche and leadership roles using LinkedIn and other online tools. No client communication, no business development — just structured, high-impact research from anywhere.
Role & Responsibilities:

Conduct structured talent research aligned with specific hiring briefs.

Build talent maps and create market intelligence reports.

Use platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and public databases to identify and gather candidate data.

Curate and submit detailed candidate profiles using internal formats.

Collaborate with the team remotely and deliver work on agreed timelines.

Maintain high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in candidate data handling.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience in talent research, sourcing, or recruitment intelligence.

Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.

Strong understanding of GCC markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.).

Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without direct supervision.

Strong written English communication.
Compensation:
💸 Project-Based Pay:

AED 5,000 per profile approved by the internal hiring team.

AED 1,000 for each profile that progresses to second-round interviews.
✔ Payments are processed after project completion and invoice submission.
