SwiftSupport Co is currently seeking detail-oriented and self-motivated individuals to join their internal team as Freelance Research Assistants. This is a remote, project-based opportunity designed to support talent acquisition efforts through structured online research and data compilation, particularly within the GCC region. Note that this role does not involve candidate outreach or interviews, as these tasks are handled by SwiftSupport’s in-house executive search team.

This position is ideal for individuals who excel at independent work, have a background in research or administration, and are highly skilled at navigating online platforms such as LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted online research to identify professional profiles aligned with provided guidelines.

• Compile, format, and organize findings using company-supplied templates and tools.

• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all data submissions.

• Deliver high-quality results while adhering to submission deadlines.

Ideal Skills & Experience:

• Experience in research, administration, sourcing, or similar detail-driven roles.

• High proficiency in using LinkedIn and other online research tools.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Excellent time management and organization skills in a remote working environment.
