Key Responsibilities:

• Get matched with collaborators via the AI-driven Xchange Engine.

• Participate in split-fee deals with other recruiters (standard 50/50 split).

• Maintain full control of your workflow—no KPIs, no management, no red tape.

• Access recruitment tools including ATS, CRM, candidate databases, and lead generation systems.

• Collaborate on verified client roles and global opportunities.

• Participate in the recruiter community, coaching sessions, podcasts, and e-learning programs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (any model: freelance, agency, in-house, or RPO).

• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
