This role offers access to advanced recruitment tools, verified networks, and automated processes that simplify fee-sharing and partnership opportunities — all while maintaining complete flexibility and control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload job roles or candidate profiles to the RecXchange platform.

• Utilize the AI-driven Xchange Engine to find ideal collaboration partners.

• Work on split-fee recruitment deals (standard 50/50) with other professionals.

• Manage your recruitment activities independently — no KPIs or management.

• Access collaborative tools like ATS, CRM, and candidate databases.

• Build relationships within a verified global recruiter network.

• Participate in coaching sessions, community discussions, and eLearning programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or freelance).

• Strong networking and communication skills.

• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems is advantageous.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and collaboration.

• Global or remote recruitment experience preferred.
