• Participate in the RecXchange community for learning, coaching, and collaboration.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter (freelance, agency, or corporate).

• Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems.

• Strong networking and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.

• Tech-savvy mindset and openness to AI-driven collaboration tools.
