Anonymous is seeking a Freelance Recruiter to support talent acquisition on a project basis. This remote, full-time opportunity is ideal for experienced recruiters who are skilled in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across multiple industries. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building candidate pipelines, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and feedback collection.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.

Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an in-house or agency recruiter.

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple roles simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to work on a freelance/project basis.
