Role Summary:
Remercle Modeling Agency is seeking an experienced and motivated Freelance Model Booker & Agent to join the team. This is a commission-based, full-time position designed for individuals who have a deep understanding of the modeling industry and a strong network within it. The role can be performed remotely, with a focus on talent scouting, model management, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Recruitment: Identify, approach, and recruit aspiring and professional models via social media, scouting platforms, and personal outreach

• Talent Management: Maintain ongoing communication and career development plans for signed models

• Client Relations: Build and sustain relationships with fashion designers, photographers, production houses, and agencies to secure bookings

• Bookings & Negotiations: Manage all aspects of model bookings, including negotiations of fees and contractual terms

• Marketing & Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to enhance model visibility through social media and promotional strategies

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the modeling, fashion, or talent management industry

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-driven and capable of working independently

• Strong organizational skills and time management

• A well-established network in the modeling or fashion industry is an advantage

• Awareness of current trends and best practices within the modeling sector

Compensation:

• This role operates on a commission-only basis

• Commissions are paid upon successful model signings and confirmed bookings driven by your efforts
