Profile Middle East LLC is hiring a Freelance HSE Officer to work on ADNOC offshore projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and improving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, conducting safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with ADNOC and international safety regulations. This is a contract-based role with an immediate start at Shah Gas Plant in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and UAE federal regulations.

• Conduct HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments on offshore facilities.

• Develop and deliver safety induction, toolbox talks, and HSE training for site personnel.

• Monitor site activities to identify unsafe practices and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

• Maintain and update HSE documentation, reports, and incident records.

• Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis and preventive measures.

• Participate in emergency response drills and ensure readiness of safety systems and equipment.

• Liaise with ADNOC representatives, contractors, and subcontractors regarding HSE matters.

• Promote a strong safety culture across all offshore operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory).

• ADNOC HSE Approval / Certification (preferred or must be eligible).

• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience, with at least 2–3 years in ADNOC offshore projects.

• Must have CICPA Pass.
