Freelance Business Development & Recruitment Manager

Role Description:
This is a part-time, remote role for a Freelance Business Development & Recruitment Manager at Iris Blueprint. The manager will be responsible for:
- Generating leads and securing partnerships with corporate clients
- Managing end-to-end client relationships, from initial outreach to recruitment project delivery
- Overseeing candidate sourcing and shortlisting, with Iris Executives’ team support and training
- Working flexibly, recommended 3–4 hours per weekday, mornings preferred
Qualifications:
- Sales professionals (cold calling, telemarketing, real estate, medical reps, account managers)
- Entrepreneurs and freelancers used to winning their own business
- Resilient self-starters, comfortable working independently and chasing targets
