Job Overview:
We are hiring a Freelance Business Development Executive to expand our healthcare provider network across Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, and Ras Al Khaimah. This field-based, commission-only role is ideal for experienced sales professionals in the healthcare sector with strong local networks and a proven track record in B2B sales. You will be responsible for onboarding healthcare providers and ensuring partnerships are activated smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers in assigned regions.

  • Present PricelessMed’s partnership benefits and secure collaboration agreements.

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers such as clinic owners, directors, and managers.

  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, avoiding conflicts of interest.

  • Participate in weekly team meetings and share insights from the field.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to finalize documentation and provider onboarding.

  • Support brand awareness and visibility across the Northern Emirates.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong B2B sales experience, ideally within the healthcare, medical sales, or wellness sector.

  • In-depth understanding of the Northern Emirates’ healthcare provider landscape.

  • Ability to build long-term, value-driven relationships.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

  • High degree of professionalism, accountability, and independence.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in healthcare business development, insurance, or provider outreach.

  • Established network of healthcare contacts in Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, or Ras Al Khaimah.

  • UAE driving license and access to transportation (preferred).

  • Fluency in English (Arabic is advantageous).
