Alsayegh is seeking a high-caliber Branding Specialist with a strategic mindset and deep expertise in brand development and transformation. This senior-level freelance or contract-based role (2–3 months) focuses on delivering a world-class branding solution for a high-stakes project, including IPO readiness and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development or overhaul of brand identity using a research-driven approach
• Craft brand platforms, including purpose, vision, mission, values, personality, tone of voice, and architecture
• Develop brand stories and promises that resonate with stakeholders
• Create brand guidelines, playbooks, and toolkits for consistency across all touchpoints
• Align brand direction with business goals and IPO readiness
• Design stakeholder engagement strategies and activate internal brand culture
• Lead workshops, client presentations, and strategic discussions
• Oversee creative execution to ensure alignment with brand strategy
• Collaborate with external agencies, consultants, and internal teams
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting in a fast-paced environment

Skills Required:

• Extensive branding experience with a strategic focus
• Proven track record in leading major branding programs, including IPO or corporate transformation
• Strong portfolio showcasing global or regional brand building and rebranding
• Ability to simplify complexity and articulate brand strategy clearly
• Confident presenter and client-facing leader
• Experience in producing brand playbooks and strategic documentation
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining clarity and quality
• Based in the UAE or willing to work closely with UAE-based teams
