Americana Foods is hiring an FP&A Senior Specialist to join their team in Dubai. This role is crucial in supporting cost optimization, logistics, and supply chain analytics to drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), cost optimization, and managing large datasets to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Cost Optimization and COGS Savings:
-
Maintain a productivity tracker for savings target delivery across business units for 2025.

Support cost reduction initiatives such as recipe reformulation and packaging redesign, providing detailed analytics on impact and feasibility.

Link operational and financial metrics to identify cost drivers and improve efficiency.
-

Logistics and Truck Utilization:
-
Develop dynamic dashboards to monitor truck utilization, detention, and export costs.
-
Collaborate with R&D and Supply Chain teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
-

CAPEX and Investment Governance:
-
Track CAPEX spend and support post-investment evaluations with financial models and scenario analyses.
-

Procurement:
-
Analyze procurement data, focusing on tail spend, to identify savings and sourcing efficiencies.
-
Maintain automated procurement savings trackers for leadership visibility.
-

Operational Data Management:
-
Maintain and structure a 3-year operational dataset for seamless access and integration into reporting tools.
-
Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting sources.
-

Supply Chain Analytics and Decision Support:
-
Deliver monthly SC Finance analytics dashboards with insights on OPEX, procurement efficiencies, logistics costs, and working capital.

Provide leadership with early indicators of risks and opportunities through advanced analytics and trend monitoring.

Other FP&A Activities:
-
Prepare variance analysis vs. budget and forecast, integrating operational drivers.
-
Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

Assist in reporting cycles and contribute to Board of Directors presentations.

Qualifications:
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in supply chain finance, FP&A, or analytics-focused roles.

Skilled in building dashboards, automating reports, and managing large datasets.
-
Strong understanding of financial planning, cost optimization, and performance management principles.

Ability to communicate complex data insights to cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
