Job Title: FP&A Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven FP&A Executive for a 6-month fixed-term contract (non-extendable) in Dubai. As a key contributor to the Finance team, you will support financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis across the luxury fashion and lifestyle divisions. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Closing:

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes

• Assist in the annual budgeting process with collaboration across local and global teams

Business Partnering & Financial Analysis:

• Monitor and forecast operational and activity budgets

• Drive improvements through financial process automation and streamlined reporting

• Provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making

Compliance & Process Optimization:

• Participate in annual stock inventories to ensure strong internal control compliance

• Serve as the finance liaison for all stock-related matters

• Support continuous improvement efforts within financial processes

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in FP&A, financial controlling, auditing, or reporting

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI or Power Query is advantageous

• Fluent in English (French is a plus)

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
