A growing holding group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. This full-time, on-site role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, monitor performance, and contribute to investment and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

• Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making and scenario planning.

• Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Design and update dashboards to monitor performance.

• Conduct research to support investment analysis and strategic projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, investment analysis, or corporate finance.

• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; exposure to Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders.

• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
