Job Description:
Join Chalhoub Group as an FP&A Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategies for one of the region’s most prestigious luxury retail groups. You’ll be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing forecasts, and delivering insights that support high-impact business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial performance and provide data-driven forecasts and insights.

• Evaluate business risks, trends, and opportunities across markets and business models.

• Develop budget frameworks, perform variance analysis, and issue executive-level reports.

• Assist in monthly closing, journal entries, and consolidation of financial statements.

• Collaborate on strategic initiatives including new joint ventures and investment evaluations.

• Conduct IRR analysis for new outlets, product launches, and business expansions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting.

• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are essential.

• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proven agility in fast-paced, multinational environments.
