Biurainfo.pl is building an innovative AI-powered platform to revolutionize the short-term rental (STR) market. We are looking for a driven and experienced Founding Team Member to join us on this exciting journey in the UAE. You will play a key role in shaping the platform, onboarding landlords, ensuring compliance with local STR regulations, and supporting the growth of the app. This is an excellent opportunity for those with deep experience in the STR and property management sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead local onboarding of landlords and operators onto the platform

• Support AI training and adaptation to the local context

• Ensure alignment with local STR regulations and licensing requirements

• Act as a liaison between product development and real-world landlord needs

• Help shape the strategy, operations, and growth of the app

• Build and manage a lean local operations, sales, and support team as we scale

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, STR, or related real estate tech roles

• Deep understanding of the UAE STR legal framework and common landlord challenges

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (required for communication with local landlords and tech teams)

• Comfort with fast-paced, startup-style environments

• Bonus: Tech-savvy, with experience in working alongside developers or using AI tools
