Currently run by two passionate co-founders—one handling brand, delivery, and systems, and the other steering strategy and business development—we’re seeking a third co-founder-level partner to join us in shaping the future of the agency.

This is not a traditional job. It’s a founding role with equity and revenue share, not a salaried position. We’re looking for someone who wants to co-create, not just contribute.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute outbound strategies using email, LinkedIn, or tools of your choice.

• Establish and manage the CRM and sales pipeline.

• Lead discovery and sales calls with potential clients.

• Refine and evolve our service offerings based on real-time market feedback.

The Partnership Journey:

🧪 3-Month Trial Phase:

• 20% revenue share from contracts you generate.

• Clear KPIs and consistent check-ins.

• No salary (we’re self-funded and focused on long-term alignment).

• A period to assess mutual fit, chemistry, and collaborative style.

🏗️ Post-Trial:

• Become an equal one-third partner in the agency.

• Share decision-making, ownership, and revenue equally.

• Play a crucial role in shaping the vision, structure, and growth of the company.
